Duties and responsibilities

• Complying with NRC policies, tools and guidelines
• Supporting and implemement portfolio work Support based on action
• Preparation and development of State reports as required by managment
• Managing the preparation of appropriate documents
• Promoting and share ideas to improve support work
• Providing anti corruption, transparency and cost effectiveness
• Ensuring efficient transportation of personnel and equipment
• Complying with NRC policies, tools, books and guidelines
• Transporting of staff, visitors and documents
• Ensuring safety of passengers, goods and vehicle
• Respecting local traffic rules and regulations
• Mantaining the car in proper operating condition at all times

QUALIFICATION

• Two years of working experience in contexts of human materials
• Documents relating to space roles
• Knowledge about own leadership
• Fluent in English and Kiswahili both written and abusive
• Valid driving license for perticular vehicles eg bus,truck, motocycle and light vehicle
• Basic managment of car Maintenance
