POSITION: Events Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for selling off-site events and sites
Handle all meetings and culinary questions according to standard procedures
Act as a one-stop shop for customers for detailed event planning and working closely with banquet activities, food and beverage management, rooms Department operation, finance and exporters
Satisfy the need of customers while increasing hotel revenue through strategic crop management and up selling hotel facilities and services
Working closely with the area sales mouse team to achieve the monthly sales goal
Conduct on-site inspections, client entertainment and familiarization
Sending all contacts to customers about banquet events, such as recommendations, confirmation
