POSITION: Field Team Leader 

Our company  is currently  looking  for field Team leader with these abilities 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Able to Build, train, manage and encourage a team of distributors in rural areas to provide.
2. Ensuring sales growth and control friction levels
3. Preapare and updating regular reports for Field
4. Operating in decision making and bussiness improvement
5. Attending customers complains suggest a quick way to resolve
6. Maintaining of organization property and reputation among its customers.

QUALIFICATIONS 

1.  Diploma in any field (Sales and Marketing are are added advantage 
2. Results oriented  personal
3. One year of working  experience  in direct sales and managing teams
4. Good communication skills 
5. Ready for field travel for 60% of work traveling 
6. Able to multitask 
7. Able to work  and meet deadlines 
8. Able to use Ms Office preferred  google suite
9. Preferred candidates  who lives in Dodoma
