The Finance and Administration Officer will be responsible for Provision of general funding and administration assistance will also be responsible for development and labour costs reports placing transaction in accounting project system and also providing assistance in VAT development for TRA plus USAID.
Duties and responsibilities
- Reviewing of early reports and experience
- Mantaining of Accounts and purchases all Electronics files
- Provision of Support in Monthly Accounting closeout
- Supporting director of finance and Administration in ensuring all purchases are processed
- Preparation of oder purchase (PO) and put in form of Electronics filling
- Assisting manager in workshop implementation as needed activities
- Managing small finance Accounts and performing any tasks

QUALIFICATION
- Good at computer softwares eg Excel, Ms office
- Good and fluent in English both spoken and written
- Ability to take action and work in teams with Limited managment
- Skills in Microsoft word
- Financial experience
- Ability to travel locally
- Experience in working with NGO is advantageous
