Finance Officer Job at Impala Terminals

Impala Terminals owns and operates network of ports, port terminals and warehouses which along with it’s transport properties, Providing end to end hardware solution for dry and liquid bulk cargoes, general cargo and containers.

The impala centers through their activities and assets employ more than 1500 employees and operates 28 stations in 20 countries in the world with more than 1500 employees.

The finance officer will be responsible for assisting the Financial manager with legal Accounting and reporting tasks

Duties and responsibilities

• Treasure
  • Managing small funds
  • Preparing the application for payments TRA and other legal payments
• Entry
  • Reviewing the import and export of projects to ensure accuracy
  • Preparation of invoices sales
  • Preparation of company inter cost recharges
  • Reviewing task in Accounting development
  • Preparation and distribution weekly Account information
• List
  • Monthly stock reconciliation and review
• Fixed Assets
  • Managment of real estate register
• Payables and Accruals
  • Preparation of purchase orders
  • Managment of vendors question
  • Review of auto accrual accounts to ensure all venders invoices received
  • Collaboration with shared services to ensure you have both invoiced

QUALIFICATION

• Ability to use Computer programs eg Ms Office, Word, excel and Outlook
• Highly organized
• Degree in Finance, post graduate certificate is advantanged
• Five years of working experience in multinational organization
• Broad understanding of Financial reporting requirements
