Job Description

The financial Administration Officer  will be responsible  for supporting  the Audit, Monitoring  and reconciling the balance  sheet  of the company profit and loss accounts  by helping the financial manager in ensuring  the operations and financial  functions  go smooth in Tanzania 

POSITION: Finance and Administration Officer 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Supporting  the process  of closing  and monthly  reporting  to Tanzania, ensuring  timely  monthly reporting  and support of all Accounting 
2. Ensuring  weekly reconciliation  of bank accounts  and Microfinance 
3. Supporting risk issues in financial  statements  in auditors  and government 
4. Updating, monitoring  and maintaining  of fixed assets register,  prepaid and financial department 
5. Meeting the end of the month deadlines next to the correct / complete posting of all mobile money / banking / small financial transactions.
6. Processing Mobile Bank / mobile cash payments by posting in QuickBooks within the appropriate budget product line.
7. Ensuring timely payment of all types of payment requests to domestic and foreign vendors.
8. Organizing  and monitor and maintain payment support, from vendors, field and local team.
9. Helping in managing admin elements as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS 

1. Has CPA/ACCA or is in process of obtaining 
2. Three years of working experience 
3. Experience  working  within the Accounting  dependent  or financial  operations  
4. Experience  in managing of Financial  statements  
5. Experience  with tax filling, working with  tax authorities 
6. Knowledge of Ms Excel 
7. High work Ethics 
8. Strong leadership  and team building  abilities 
9. Good communication skills  and personal skills 
10. Strong organisation  skills
