We are looking for young, strong and self motivated front Office professional who want to Move their work forward.

Front desk agent will be responsible for providing professional and customer Service to our visitors making sure they stay in memorable experience.

Duties and responsibilities

• Provide fast courteous and efficiently service to all guests to achieve high level of customer satisfaction

• Making sure guests are Personally greeted by name as is known
• Values in room and hotel familiarization and guest Support in hotel
• Maintaining up to date knowledge of hotel information and local service
• Mantaining awareness of the level of sold rates on daily basis
• Accurately maintain front desk cashiering standards
• Process Accounts from check to ensure accurate notice
• Keeping the privacy of all visitors by ensuring no visitor details visible
• Show up full understanding of hotel policies procedures and service standards

QUALIFICATION

• You should have degree in hospitality and previous experience as office Department within the hotel
• Exellent knowledge of English communication with words and skills
• Computer skills and past experience of opera are advantaged
