Duties and responsibilities

• Keeping the front desk tidy and representable with all necessary material required for bookings
• Answering informing calls and redirecting them
• Greeting and welcoming of guests upon arrivals
• Keeping update records and files on visitors information and billings
• Ensuring visitors follow privacy policy
• Making travel arrangements for executive guests whenever required
• Take up other duties assigned

QUALIFICATION

• Must be friendly and respectable
• Must be able to use Microsoft office
• Minimum certificate and diploma in hospitality administration or related fields
• Minimum two years experience as receptionist
