Focusing on quickly, efficiently and happily with any questions plus resolving complaints.
Keeping of good working relationship with all front office staff.
 Making sure the guests receive accommodation as needed
Leading all managers plus front office managers in ensuring of daily office activities.
Focusing on other operating departments to ensure all requirements communicate efficientlym
Solving all guest questions and ensure are addressed in a professional way.
Ensuring all arriving guest rooms are provided before guests arrivals,
Ensuring guest payments bills are paid before guests departure
