Marumaru hotel manager is hiring for Chefs. The selected chefs will learn constantly on how to improve Menu, producing quality food and working closely with restaurant Manager in overall food and beverage operations of restaurant.
Duties and responsibilities
- Developing unique and appropriate Menus
- Collaboration with restaurant manager to set items prices
- Maintaining kitchen and surrounding area in conditions that meet company standard
- Monitoring of inventory and purchasing food fro venders
- Training and supervising of kitchen staff
- Assisting and directing kitchen staff
- Meal preparation, creation, planting and delivery.
- Identifying and introduction of new techniques
- Preparation of meal and completing support needed
- Daily costing reports
