Duties and responsibilities
- Manipulation of total staffing strategies and input from managment
- Development and maintaining of the current and proposed layout
- Development and implemenatation of compensation strategy
- Ensuring implemenatation of planning and capacity supportin

- Ensuring the implemenatation of planning and training Support
- Managment of plan implemenatation Administration
- Managment of all activities related to admistrative
- Managment the Development and implemenatation of HR reporting system
- Ensuring safety and effective Ness of the use of HR reporting system
- Ensuring of better storage and confidentiality of all HR documents
- Donation of set up and provide needed information.
- Participation in local staff and advisory committee
- Ensuring introduction of stable process of employment and implemenatation
- Organizing and facitating outreach and mobilization meetings with employees
- Development of basic process and any other requred action
- Ensuring relevant System managment of company documents
- designing and maintaining process documentation for onboarding
- Ensuring health information is treated to required level
- Making sure regular Medical examination is defined and conducted
- Mantaining Relationships with Medical Consultant company and reasonable set up

QUALIFICATION
- Degree in human resources or similar qualifications
- Ten years in HR and at least five years as team manager in the company
- Knowledge of Tanzanian labour laws and regulations
- Ability to us Ms office and PowerPoint
- Great personal knowledge and Communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Customer Service oriented
- Mantaining good relationship with local Institutions
- Ability to communicate well and attract others
