Healthy Technical Advisor jobs in tanzania at christian Social Services

Overall Healthy Technical Advisor will coordinate healthy technical support services and provide technical advise and support of Healthy services delivery.  THA will be engaging Monitoring trends on healthy services delivery ,continuous quality assurance and quality improvement activities in coordination to programs and projects.

Duties and responsibilities

Monitoring evaluation and learning

• Policy compliance and implementation
• Healthy services delivery system trends
• Quality assurance and improvement trends
• Visit the zones and where possible to monitor
• Interactions provide onsite monitorship coaching where applicable, documents
• Practice and challenges share feedback on findings

Continuous capacity building/training

• Support network members  FBO health facilities
• Governance leadership, leadership and adherence to guidelines and standard
• Promote utilization of continuing education and coordinate zonal.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor level degree in Medicine Masters Degree in public Health or equivalent qualification will be added advantage with 4- 5 years working experience in relevant position.
