Four Seasons Hotel are looking for receptionist to join their working team. The interested candidates should follow instructions to apply for the position.

Duties and responsibilities

• Provision of warm friendly and proffessional welcome to all visitors
• Considering the agreed reporting System on time basis,
• Working with SPA retail sales effectively
• Making sure all SPA retail products are included in expiry date and make sure inventory is carried
• Being responsible for billing procedures at Reception desk and proper Financial reconciliation
• Completing the daily opening and closing procedures as per SPA training
• Scheduling reservation of SPA service for visitors and monitoring of Medical availability
• Assisting with admistrative responsibilities such as purchase, receipt and inventory
• Answering all phones questions, emails and text before shift ends
• Ensuring cleaness of SPA Receptionist area and ensuring invite for visitors
• Making sure Gold is used in Reception and all relevant guest details bare given
• Showing proffessional character at all times, especially with regards to accuracy
