POST: House keeping Manager

Will be managing all house keeping activities such as Guests rooms making sure public area are maintained and responsible in direction of team to do all housekeeping works by ensuring that standards are met.

Duties and responsibilities

• Coordination with administration ensuring effective communication among room division
• Making follow up so that rooms are cleaned on time

• Check stock making sure all supplies are available
• Monitoring guest room, public areas and making sure cleaness is done
• Ensuring house keeping policies and standards are met by all staffs
• Supervising and aprove all budgets plus making purchase of house keeping gadgets
• Motivating house keeping team to stay focused
• Interview and hiring of staff with skills
