Mount Meru hotel are looking for House keeper staff to join their working team. The housekeeper will be responsible for planning and assigning work task, Tran newly employees in housekeeping department. Housekeeper will also work to exercise and Supplies requisition, manage budgets and control for the housekeeping department.

Duties and responsibilities

• Managing all employees of house communication with HR department when needed to

• Responsible for cleaness, orders and appearance of hotel

• Ensuring rooms are made per mount Meru hotel

• Preparation of annual budget of water

• Mantaining par stock of guest Supplies cleaning equipment

• Organize lists and accounts with total storage for linen

• Pay particular attention when preparing activities to eradicate

• Developing and implemement house handling systems

• Preparation of information managment

• Assisting shopping department in choosing retailers for items related to housekeeping

• Planning control and manage flower activities

• Coordinate and manage complaints of citizens

• Inspecting of cargo equipments

• Preparation of training tasks

• Daily inspection of public places, guests rooms and staff

• Daily meeting with members of senior managment team

• Cooordinating preventive maintenance schedule of payments with public location and Maintenance

 

QUALIFICATION

• Managment skills

• Strong leadership and organization skills

• Enterpreneur skills

•  Three years degree or diploma in Hotel managment/hospitality industry

• Two to three years of experience in similar role

• Must be Tanzania citizen with Internal experience
