Human Resource Officer will be responsible for Supervision of employment personnel and employee direction valuesa and will also have the following responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities

•  Supervising employment personnel and employee direction values
• Checking each department of annual plan and prepare an annual employment plan

• Developing and manage HR system and ensure the system is used effectively
• Developing and implement staff training,

• Managing and monitor budget staffing including salary.

QUALIFICATION

• Diplomas in Human Resource, Administration or related
• Three years of work experience preferably in the NGO
• Good office management skills and procedures

• Ability to answer many questions independently and track
