This role will provide technical guidance and support towards key HR processes of the country based on the principles of the HR program, policies, best practices and standards in the prescribed emergency.

POST: Human resources Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities

• Proper coordination of HR process ensuring staff recruitment time.
• Working with derm teams to employ appropriate candidates for right position
• Perform personal actions to ensure staff data is accurate
• Preparation of monthly report within time frame set for inspection
• Preparation of monthly payment changes and contact CHRM for processing salaries
• Provide assistance in identifying and adressing HR risk
• Develop and comply with program policies and procedures
• Protection of moral principles and mandatory responsibilities.
