POSITION: Human Resources Executive-REF NO. 2023/01/4

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Ensuring  the adherence  of human resources  policies  and procedures , monitoring  plus reviewing  the system  performance, preparation  and maintaining proper  records of transfer 
2. Helping  in Disciplinary,  including  grievance matters  and address  labour  related issues 
3. Monitoring  of daily attendance , leave roster and medical leave and provide monthly  management  reports

QUALIFICATIONS 

1. Degre in human resources management
2. Two to Three years  of working experience  in HR management
