Human resource Officer Jobs in Tanzania at Equity Bank

The selected  candidates  will be expected to provide professional  management advice and support Bank management and staff  to enhance better performance 

POSITION: Senior Officer- Human resource

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Creating a pool of sustainable candidates for future employment on a data basis. 
2. Coordinating end to end onboarding rental process as per banking process and procedures
3. Providing practical support & guidance to managers/managers in the recruitment process.
4. Maintaining an updated HR DATABASE for all relevant information
5. Managing employee mobility and advertising through transfer coordination.
6. Ensuring that all communications are correct, signed and sent on time to the recipients
7. Coordinating with team leaders to ensure compliance with staffing policies and procedures
8. Preparing salary input schedules and ensure employees are paid on time.
9. Preparation of monthly legal refund; pension funds, PAYE, SDL, HESLB, WCF, Ministry of Labor.
10. Ensuring all employees are assigned to KPI and ensure the performance management system.
11. Ensuring the process of the employee’s departure takes place in accordance with the procedures of the bank.

QUALIFICATIONS 

1. Understanding  of Tanzania labour laws and working environment of commercial Bank 
2. Excellent knowledge  of recruitment procedures  and recordkeeping 
3. Excellent planning ability  intelligence analysis and ability to solve serious problems 
4. Good communication skills 
5. Degree in human resources,  Business administration  or related
6. Three years of working experience  in field of human resources
