The sellected  candidates  will work in Dar es salaam  and will be responsible  for supporting  of human resources  and administration  Manager in ensuring smooth  operations  of resources support  and ensuring quality, transparency  and consistency  of data and process within the area of responsibility 

POSITION: Human resources Officer 

ACDI/VOCA is currently  hiring welcoming various candidates interested to APPLY for the Position avilable of Human resourcesOfficer. The interested  candidates  to work with ACDI/VOCA on POSITION mentioned  should follow instructions  to apply for the position

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Healp the Human Resources Manager and administration in ensuring that all employees are aware of local labor laws.
2. Helping in maintaining human resource management systems, including complete and accurate confidential personnels.
3. Drafting employment contracts, associated extensions, salary change announcements, and other HR-related communications.
4. Helping in the Coordination of the exit process for separating employees and ensure that the discussion is conducted at the end of the work.
5. Helping in the management of recruitment processes by maintaining and selecting employment.
6. Helping in the maintenance of employee files for both softcopies and hardcopies and ensure that the files are completed. 
7. Assist in communication, and tracking, performance assessment process requirements.
8. Helping  in the collection of reports of monthly payments and documents, including benefits, for the review of the resource.
9. Assist in ensuring timely completion and submission of timesheets for timely approval through the Unanet system.
10. Helping in monitoring employee leave balances and disclosure to supervisors on a monthly basis.
