POSITION: Human Resources Officer
The sellected candidates will be responsible for planning the efficiency of recruitment selection Service, contract managment, perfomance Managment and other HR Activities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Responsible for guiding all stages of the recruitment cycle in accordance with the recruitment guidelines,
Performing induction for all new time hires with all major themes.
 Creating the transition process as a result of transfer, retirement, redundancy.
Checking all benefits and compensation offered as per the organization’s guidance.
 Advising and informing of employees of changes and developments.
 Leading new employment contracts,
 Arrangments of records during staff data on HR Information Systems.
Keep up-to-date employee records with all relevant information.
Reviewing of job description and ensure that all functions are compatible with IHI standards.
 Monitoring employee performance and attendance and provide advice on employee performance problems.
