Upendo honey deals with processing and packaging  honey for foreign markets  and it is largest honey company  in East Africa . Our headquarters  is in Kigom, the company  works with beekeepers  in neighbouring regions 

POSITION: Human resources Officer

The Human resources Officer  must have ability  on what he is doing and able to learn  outside co knowledge  base

QUALIFICATIONS 

1. Support the development and implementation of HR programs and systems
2. Provide advice on policies and procedures
3. Actively participate in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
4. Build and implement effective onboarding programs
5. Develop training and development plans
6. Assist in performance management processes
7. Support the management of disciplinary issues and complaints
8. Maintain employee records (attendance, eeo data etc.(b) in accordance with legal requirements and
9. Review of employment and work environment to ensure compliance with the law

QUALIFICATIONS 

1. Experience  as HR Officer, Administrator 
2. Knowledge  of Hr activities  eg recruitment,  training and development 
3. Awareness  of Tanzania law and regulations 
4. Proficiency  in Ms Office 
5. Under Graduate  degree in relevant professional
