DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Solving and solving hardware problems
Maintaining websites, social media pages, databases
Control network and printers included
Monitor the camera system and enhance data security
Give participants instructions on how to operate their devices
Maintain rapport with participants by examining complaints about the system and identifying solutions;
Document services and installation actions for completing forms, reports, logs, and records;
Install the latest software and display usage
Perform any other work related to the assigned by the supervisor
