POSITION: Instrumentation Technician

Dangote  cement plc  is currently  hiring  welcoming various candidates interested to apply for the position available of instruction  Technician, should  follow instructions  to apply for the position

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Operation & maintenance, trouble shooting of Instrumentation equipment.
2. Responsible for trouble free operation of the area for achieving optimum reliability and availability of equipment’
3. Implementation of security measures and compliance with safety guidelines.
4. Material Management Area for smooth plant operation
5. Provides adequate maintenance support to reduce downtime
6. Implement a preventive maintenance schedule.
7. Maintain logs for equipment maintenance.
8. Perform any other task that can be assigned by a senior

QUALIFICATIONS 

1. Diploma  in electronic  instrumentation 
2. Two years  of working experience  preferably  in cement industry 
3. Good knowledge  in the use of Maintenance  instruments 
4. Strong leadership  and people  management skills 
5. Commitment  to the implementation  of safety and environmental  regulation 
6. Good data collection  and analysis skills
7. Basic problem solving  skills 
8. Creativity  and ability  to think outside box
