POSITION: Intern Iringa

The Intern will assist the Finance Department in matters related to financial and accounting activities within the Project.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contact regional staff for Covid19 focal persons for payment claims,
• Cheaking the forms of payment for the Covid19 vaccine,
• Focusing on the list of payers based on the claim submitted,
• Filing of collected covid19 payments at the regional office,
• Gathering oil revenues from oil stations,
• Informing the Financial Office for claims for day-to-day payments for covid19,
• Doing any other job offered by the employer,
• Doing any other duties as can be Assigned by Administrator

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor of Finance, Accounting and Business Administration or Advanced Diploma in the same field.
2.  Able to adapt to changing pattern of work.
3. Able to work with others by developing and maintain compatibility between project employees and partners.
4. Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and sound understanding of the needs of KVP
5. Able to work independently and plan to manage the maximum amount workflow,
6. Good attention to detail
7. Good analysis and problem solving skills
8. Good communication skills both written and spoken
9. Strong Organization skills
10. Able to prioritize
11. Able to use Microsoft office Applications eg PowerPoint,excel
12. Able to manage high amount of work with little Supervision
13. Able to interact with employees
14. Exellent Organization and time management
