The sellected candidates will be responsible for reviewing accounts already under the Navision (ERP) and checking the adequacy of internal controls in Navision accounts and commenting on deviations. Will also be responsible for analyzing Financial statements from ALAF Limited branches of Arusha, Mbeya and Mwanza.
Duties and responsibilities
Making money counts in each month
Inspecting the reconciliation statements of the bank monthly to all bank accounts
Reviewing the debt account and reporting issues
Making of spare physical stock through physical store and accurate records
Inspecting of domestic purchases and important purchases
Perfoming of all stocking procedures as stipulated by Internal Audit
Doing all payments in ensuring payments are in accordance with obligation
Identfication and disscussion on the investigation arising during the Audit of transactions
Preparation of unresolved investigation inspection related to certain activities
Perticipation in planning and preparation of internal audit programs
