The sellected candidate to this position will ensure  the bank  reserves and assets  are well maintained  by the appropriate  register and also ensure  all income and outgoing  assets are being  signed

POSITION: Inventory Officer 

CRDB Bank is currently  hiring  welcoming  various  candidates interested  to apply for the position avilable  of inventory  Officer.  The interested   candidates  to this position should  follow  instructions  to apply for the position.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Preparation of stores (CAPEX) report and submit to the line manager (weekly and monthly).
2. Make sure all BIN Cards are in good order as per inventory management policy.
3. Receive all incoming goods from suppliers and all necessary documents (Purchase Order (Po) and delivery note).
4. Maintain CAPEX register of all outgoing/incoming items.
5. Take care of all things and stoke in the store.
6. All records issued by incoming devices.
7. Receive and deliver items in the form of SAP.
8. Perform all other tasks that will be assigned to the Line manager.
9. Maintain planning and cleaning in stores.
   Document management (lpo, GRN, invoice, Store issue Note and Bin card).
10. Maintain management keys, and stores security procedures and policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Degree in Business  management,  procurement  or related field
2. Three years of working  experience in store management, procurement or related
3. Proven experience  in Supermarket  management
4. Skills in inventory management software eg SAP
5. Able to accurately  track inventory  and create  reports
6. Problem  solving skills
7. Flexibility  to perform  in all aspect of information
8. Negotiations skills to convince  senior fellows to accepted facility management  protocol
