IT security and BCM Specialist job at KCB Bank

The IT specialist is responsible for planning and implementing security measures to protect computer system on network and data. The IT security will also take responsibilities in ensuing business contunity by managing BCM services.

The IT Security is also responsible for patch and viruses management, vulnerabilities assessment and remediation.

POST: IT Security and BCM specialist

Duties and responsibilities

• Establish and instruction management detection mechanism
• Establish strategy that will provide data and information systems protection against unauthorized access.
• Analyse reports generated by the monitoring system to identify trends that might indicate a future risk
• Analyse security breaches
• Continuously assess the bank’s security measures
• Provide training for employees
• Establishes system availability by ensuring disaster preparedness
• Provide leadership to the unit
• Manage the team’s performance
• Provide guidance, training need analysis

QUALIFICATION
