Kibondo camp are looking for various candidates to join their working team. The sellected Candidates will be responsible for ensuring of quality software and henhence the good effect of the response of the NRC at the local level. Intergreted program manager (IPM) is responsible for managing action plans in their work area. This member of area managment Group.

POST: Programme Manager

As such IPM is a line managed by the area manager but has a Technical reporting line for general plan.

Duties and responsibilities

• Leading the development of general plans and basic requirements

• Implementing Technical orientation and ensure the Technical quality of projects

• Compliance with donor standards, grant managment PCM and donor reporting

• Responsible for managment and monitoring of BPO and inclusion in discussion

• Managment and overall coordination of the implementation projects

• Cooordinating new emergency responses and integrated

• Promoting of refugees rights based on defense strategy

• Ensuring capacity development of projects personnel and transfer

•  Ensuring development and verification of normal operating procedure

QUALIFICATION

• Four years experience from a managment space in humanitarian environment

• Experience of working vulnerable and fragile

• Experience in management of projects

• Documents relating to space roles

• Knowledge about own leadership/profile skills

• Fluent in English, both written and oral

• Human environmental knowledge and development in Tanzania
