Duties and responsibilities

•  The Kiswahili Customer Support will be providing support and resolution terms to ensure the best services

• Answering all questions of Technical support processing Applications

• Supporting good company image

• Processing clients request and solving issues via live chat, phone and email

• Spreading issue to an appropriate Specialist when needed via sales force

• Updating customers on requesting their status accordingly

• Regularly verifying the documents submitted by Customer

• Organizing and translate information and documents as required in role

• Understanding of company Bussness work and responsibilities

• Doing any task as maybe assigned by Administrator
