Kusum Group  is export Oeiented Pharmaceutical  company, with headquarters  in Delhi India, a youth integrated  pharmaceutical  company  with high tech manufacturing  units in india two in Bhiwadi and other in indore, Madhya Pradesh 

The company  is currently  looking  for Sales supervisor  in Dar es salaam Tanzania. 

POSITION: Sales Supervisor 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Organize data and generate in-depth customer awareness to increase sales power production and efficiency.
2. Support a team of key planning sales and operational tasks to support the overall goal of the business.
3. Looking for the perfect sales-oriented candidate for the Tanzanian market.
4. Actively approach targeted business clients, finding a new client leads and managing relationships with existing clients.
5. Find new opportunities (new customers n.k.) Conduct market research (analysis of competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)
6. Establish relationships with pharmacies and wholesalers of tanzania (Tanzania market awareness).
7. Proceed in placing an order.
8. Provide price and contract support by providing sales team with quality and competitive recommendations.
9. Monitoring and critical analysis of sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions as well as coordinating and ensuring the accuracy of sales forecasts.
10. Ensure the sales process approved and compliance as well as identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales efficiency and efficiency.
