POSITION: Lab Technician

The sellected candidates will provide laboratory Support for value chain through Conducting inspection in analyzing and Facilitation of Products to produce beer to Ab in Bev at Quality Standards

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Focusing on the analysis during process in the production process
2. Prepration of laboratory equipment and doing function Record, evaluating plus report results timeously
3. Doing troubleshooting to root cause identification in helping to solve the problem
4. Keeping laboratory clean plus  equipment as per schedule
5. Keeping technical labs plus site GMP inspection improve 5S and maintain housekeeping.
6. Keeping of analysis of inter laboratory ring test samples

QUALIFICATIONS

• Understanding of process control within the alcohol Environment
• Proven leadership abilities
• Good understanding of VPO principles
• Self motivated and initiative
• Diploma in laboratory technician,food science, chemical engineering or similar
• One to two years in laboratory, alcohol or packaging operation
• Experience in food industry or laboratory Environment
