DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Focusing on detailed training requirements analysis and updating systems
Introducing of annual training program for all employees
Introducing internal plus external training providers, human resources plus consultants.
Leading Teaching sessions to ensure that the training meets its set goals.
Creating training assessment to aquire feedback based on the goals that are set
Ensure effective use of the company assets in program Training.
Prepration of training information for tracking training.
Arrangements of job management interviews as per allocation.
