DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform hard and evaluate credit worthiness and processing loan applications and documents within specified limits.
Interviewing applicants to determine financial eligibility and the possibility of issuing loans.
Determine all relevant proportions and metrics and establish a program of payment of debts which in thus quality portfolio growth
Manage the client level portfolio credit process. Attract, meet and interview new and existing customers and assess the eligibility to provide credit/development, credit history, impact and loan capacity, etc. A find new customers and retain existing customers for the credit program of the company, in line for organizational policies and procedures. Collect, evaluate and analyze credit recommendations and make recommendations (including site visits and other due diligence)
To help complete the loan application and collection of supporting documents/materials. Contact the applicant about the processing of their loan and the results.
Report customer feedback about the credit process
Promote banking credit services in the community, raise awareness of programming, build networking and relationships within the community.
Maintain customer level portfolio quality and control.
Degree in business administration, finanace and Microfinance
One year of working experience in work of loan Officer
Pass in Mathematics at least D
Between 23 to 35 years
