POSITION: Lodge Manager
Mwimba holding Limited is a registared Tanzania company under the company Act (Cap.212) and leading hospitality Company working in Arusha ,Meatu Simiyu and Mara.
We are now looking for a lodge manager to be part of our team. This event will be held in Meatu Tanzania.
The required candidate will oversee lodge Activities, strive to improve overall visitors Experience based on company vision and mission
 Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management.
Good computer skills is required, the group uses several systems, PMS, Pms, Dmc, as well as the basic google Suite.
Five years experience in high end luxury hospitality,
Experience in Safari activities or remote areas.
Good leadership ability
Good communication skills,
Be humble and kind and review their track records with proven integrity.
Driven by self-motivation.
Able lead from the front and advise the team,
Innovative thinker and efficient problem solver,
Able to work in weekends and holidays,
