QUALIFICATIONS

1. Diploma  or degree in comprehensive  nursing is required
2. Must be registered  with council of nurses and Midwives
3. Valid  license  to practice  is required
4. Two years  of Nursing experience  is required
5. Experience  working  with international  NGO is added advantage
6. Knowledge  of professional  nursing  principles,  procedures  and methods
7. Knowledge  of Medical  and non Medical  waste disposal and methods
8. Knowledge  of hygiene  management  and ICP protocol  skills
9. Skilled in applying the principles and procedures  of professional  Nursing  care in evaluatio
10. Good communication skills
11. Fluent in English language  both written and spoken
12. Able to maintain high confidentiality  of patients  information  and adhere  to professional  code of ethics
13. Able to treat  all patients  and employees  with dignity
14. Able to provide  quality,  ethical, compassionate  care that puts the patients  needs
15. Able to be flexible  and manage stress
16. Able to support  Mt’s vocation and comply with Mts code of conduct
