QUALIFICATIONS

1. Diploma  or degree in Midwifery from known schoo of nursing  and Midwifery
2. Registration  with Nurses and Midwives council  is required
3. Valid driving license
4. Two years  of Midwifery experience  is required
5. Experience  working  with international NGO is added advantage
6. Knowledge  of professional  Midwifery principles
7. Knowledge  of medical  and non Medical  waste disposal  procedures
8. Knowledge  of hydrogen  management  and ICP protocol
9. Skills  in applying professional  Midwifery care principles  and procedures  in the evaluation
10. excellent interpersonal and communication skills
11. Fluent in English language.
12. Able to maintain  confidentiality  of patients  information  and adhere  to professional code of conduct
13. Able to treat  all patients  and staff with respect  without prejudice.
14. Able to provide high quality , ethical, compassionate  care that places the needs of patients
15. Able to mainten detailed records  with high accuracy
16. Able to be flexible and manage stress
17. Able to support  MTI calling and adhere  to the MTI codes  of conduct
