Monitoring and Reporting Analyst Job at UN Women

The project will increase the implementation of commitment of United republic of Tanzania for gender equality and empowerment of women leadership and political participation project

The project takes along away to develop women’s leadership, meaningful participation, economic rights and handle a large portion of unpaid service working by women and rights

Reporting to an expert on gender and local Gorvenment, analyst monitoring and reporting will provide support for monitoring and reporting of the WLER Project and incorporating monitoring

Duties and responsibilities

• Provision to Technical inputs for software creation to ensure monitoring and reporting

• Provision input to the development of monitoring indicators, monitoring calendars

• Intergreted relevant inputs from evaluation results, conclusion and suggestion in the formation of software

• Providing inputs for monitoring the annual work plan, verification

• Providing Technical Support to partners in developing performance

• Bulding capacity monitoring and reporting partners and develop capacity Bulding

• Building capacity monitoring and reporting

• Provision of Technical inputs for monitoring of results against WLER projects

• Cooordinating with the project team to ensure data collection and analyisis from field vusits

• Monitoring data from pertners on quarterly basis and provide input to periodic

QUALIFICATION

• Good programming skills

• Good knowledge of monitoring and evaluation design assessment data collection

• Good knowledge of monitoring and evaluation design

• Masters degree in political science, economics, International Development studies, gender studies

• Ability to integrate program performance data and generate reports

• Report writing skills

• Undergraduate university degree with Two years working experience can be accepted

• Three years of relevant experience at national or International level in monitoring

• Previous experience with United Nations recommended by good knowledge of UN women

• Fluency in English language
