POSITION: Monitoring,  Evaluation, accountability (MEAL) Officers

Caritas TABORA  in collaboration  with the Oprey Foundation and the Catholic  relief Service  CRS plan to implement  one year  project  in January 2023 to December  2023 on creation of Wlawareness to increase  increase  the Use of the civic 19 Vacancies in Tabora, Tanzania

The projects aim to increase  up coverage  in two districts  of Tabora and Uyui. The project will use common techniques  such as campaigns  door to door , faith platform  and service  promotion 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Creating, developing  plus supporting  of programming team using monitoring  and evaluation account abilities
2. Collecting,  analysing and storing  of data as well as household
3. Working  hard to ensure  the statements  requirements  of key stakeholders  are met on time
4. Working  in conjunction  with the formal point accountabilities

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Degree in public  health,  Social Sciences  or related
2. Two years  of experience in humanitarian M&E systems  including managing household surveys
3. Experience  in designing , planning,  implementation, Analyzing and writing report
4. Experience  using DHIS, SPSS, STATA
5. Able to maintain  effective relationships  with international  stakeholders
6. Experience  using virtual training  platforms
7. Skills  in Ms Office packages
8. Able to handle multiple tasks
9. Fluent  in English language
10. Good communication skills
11. Aged 25 to 45
