DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy: analyze customer data consciously implement and implement customer value management strategy to maximize customer life value and customer base contribution to the overall service income.
Lead to business changes embed CVM and data-driven decision-making principles and culture in the organization.
Commercial presentation: support the implementation of all CVM mf campaigns. M-Pesa upsell customers to make more transactions, crossing m-Pesa in the audio spectrum(GSM), inactivity with churn management campaigns, real – time campaign triggering events etc…
CVM operations activities: responsible for customer awareness analysis, responsible for the end of campaign management in terms of operation and implementation, creation and implementation of campaigns within the agreed time frame, cooperation with product owners and other stakeholders for collecting needs and translating into campaigns after conducting feasibility audits and preparation of business needs (BRS)collaboration with various teams on campaign configuration, User Acceptance Testing(UAT), validation of business rules,, launch & post launch monitoring, closely collaborate with local and foreign support teams(vendors) to ensure campaigns run as expected as well as facilitate fixing any technical issues affecting ongoing campaigns within agreed SLAs
Information: Support access to data for CVM campaign reporting and performance planning, create/maintain all related documentation campaigns (Briefs, change records, business cases, UAT documents)vehicle adoption of new products and services to penetrate into the region
Ability: implement and manage the overall campaign management plan and implementation by deleting the data-mart layer to the fulfillment layer.
Connect output through campaign management platforms, payment and Fulfillment, by translating CVM goals to technical / technical teams
