POST: National Project Personal – operations

Duties and responsibilities

• Acting as focal point for all projects or technical unit operational matters
• Preparation of administration and financial documents
• Review and monitoring of projects budget
• Ensuing the completeness and quality of data documentation in FAO
• Organizing logistics travel for the technical unit
• Ensuring timely payments for vendors and supplies
• Timely provision of projects inputs
• Provision of support in event organization
• Provision of analytical reports on performance projects
• Draft routine correspondent of projects and personal related matters

QUALIFICATION/SKILLS

• University degree in procurement, business or public administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Finance  auditing or related fields
• Five years experience in administration support work including at least three years in procurement, finance and administration in big projects
• Fluent in English and kiswahili
• Tanzania citizen
