The role is responsible to plan and organize, control and direct the work of employees in the lodge dining outlets while ensuing guest satisfaction.

THIS IS FOR TANZANIANS ONLY and we can not accept applications from non Tanzania due to work permit challenges.

Select, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all servers, bar and captain in the lodge dining outlets to ensure that established culture and core standards are met.

The ability to be visible in operation, provide recognition, promote good public relation and handle compliants concerns or special requests for guests clients  and group contact.

POST: F&B Assistant Outlet Manager

Describe and ensure quality of food items, ingredients and preparation methods as well as provide  prrt knowledge of wine and spirits .

Ensure that working tools are maintained at per level by controlling breakage and spoilage/ ensure dining outlets are are maintained in oder.

This include all still rooms/storage, shelves, Electrical equipment and storage areas

Ensure that assigned projects are completed in given time spun.
