Duties and responsibilities
- Supervision of kitchen in food preparation and presentation
- Production standards Monitoring while ensuring high food standards
- Supervision and monitoring of food cost in the hotel
- Participation in drafting concepts and all events Menu
- Ensuring hygiene standards and HACCP standards are met
