Duties and responsibilities

• Supervision of kitchen in food preparation and presentation
• Production standards Monitoring while ensuring high food standards

• Supervision and monitoring of food cost in the hotel
• Participation in drafting concepts and all events Menu
• Ensuring hygiene standards and HACCP standards are met
