POST: Area Sales Manager

Duties and responsibilities

• The applicant will be responsible for measure sales target daily
• Ensuring sales are met
• Allocation of resources for the maximum return
• Manage and ensuring OCCB truck utilization is 100%

• Ensuring weekly team reviews performance
• Ensuring cooler scanning and valified to agreed standard
• Managing outlets exution as per RED, PICOS standards
• Managing recommended prices
• Training about new products and changes
• Ensuring outlets files are kept
• Ensuring team share trade activities

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strategic thinker
• Bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent
• Five years experience in sales and marketing
• Commercial or industrial awareness

• Exellent interpersonal and motivation skills
