DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensuring the accuracy of physical and book storage, handling of documents and the flow of distribution inside and outside the store.
Make sure local orders are placed to fill the storage as needed by adding SPRs on time and obtaining them certified by inventory tenant and warehouse manager.
Ensure all goods received from suppliers are adequately accounted for and accompanied by their necessary documents.
Make a stock mistake every day (always stock take) and maintain its statement of physical balance against the scroll balance.
Make sure to use FIFO & FEFO method when delivering products.
Inform local customers about new shares arrived through managers.
Ensure constant access to the stock by checking the level rearrange and set its request on time.
Any other responsibilities for Administrator or designee.
