POSITION: Messenger
IRMCT is currently hiring welcoming various candidates interested to apply for the position Avilable of Messenger. The interested candidates to work with IRMCT should follow instructions to apply for the position.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for pouch dispatch documentation, distribution of interoffice mail, incoming pouch, outgoing
mail devices and immediately express services. - Identifying tags eg destinations, dates, aircraft carrier, and correct pouch numbers, summary
be sure to each repetition. - Prepares a daily log pouch showing the number of pouches, weights, etc. to
scheduled destinations of airlines and airlines. - Tracking forwarding of all letters along with the pouch service.
- Ensuring that all items received via incoming pouch for internal transportation, outgoing pouch, and in outgoing mail units, is accurately recorded.
- Sign up for important items shipped via pouch and outgoing mail unit, specifying and sort items to be shipped
- Ensure distribution during fast mail.
- Provides by hand, sensitive and urgent letters to embassies, government ministries, UN agencies
- Ensuring timely distribution of Assembly documents.
- Receiving all official, private and confidential letters and parcels, addressed to the United Nations order
