POST: Brewing Operator NW
The Brewing Operator NW will be responsible for manipulation of alcoholic process in order to achieve the minimum difference in products quality and maxmum of the method
Duties and responsibilities
- Machine operations which is shut down and running past
- Brand changes and support BTO as well as operation
- Maintaining safe working environment and health
- In-depth cleaness and first level of Maintenance
- Monitoring process performance
- Optimization of plant and process performance
- Driving a brew house plant and process
- Activities Beverage fermentation plant and process
- Working at home and applying the 5s rules and following safe work habits
- Supporting creation of work standards work procedure

QUALIFICATION

- Completed IST in alcoholic
- Ability to monitor production process and control inputs
- Participation in team work
