A successful Candidates will report directly to the service unit manager and processing

Duties and responsibilities

•  Managing and controlling of site Mantanance
• Environmental protection services including risk control, internal and external control
• Development of annual budget requirements for mantaining building materials and site
• Determining requirements for renovation of property
• Consulting and processing on needs of the budget and identfy potential saving costs
• Organizing outsourced Support and managment procedures process to facilitate external Service
• Identfication of opportunities and implemenatation
• Contacting benchmark shared learning for team building maintenance
• Ensuring compliance with work permit where requred
• Making sure the identfied Security risks are managed
• Managment and Maintenance activities contractors on site
• Ensuring risk assessment are done in all site Maintenance activities

QUALIFICATION

• Three to five years working experience as Maintenance controller
• Communication skills,
• Good leadership skills
• High standards of righteousness
• Degree in engineering: Mechanical, Electical, chemical, processing and manufacturing.
