Duties and responsibilities

• Ensuring that all trucks get in and out are well measured, records are stored
• Crosschecking all necessary documents issued for loading  confirm the validity
• Performing all activities related to weight in and out of the truck
• Recording important details of certain activities in record book
• Printing and issues waybills for truck drivers
• Documents with the filling of all dispatch waybills
• Doing other jobs issued by Administrator

QUALIFICATION

• Two years experience of HND or BSc (managment transport/Bussness Managment)

• One year experience relevant work in cement industry will be added advantange

• Skills in cement Mills and factories

• Adquate understanding of safety rules

• Basic computer skills
