3ster hotel in Zanzibar is hiring for executive chefs/wapishi to increase their individual skills and ensuring promotion when needed, they are looking for people who will be responsible for implementation of kitchen standards standardized recipes and Menu engineering.
Duties and responsibilities
- Stock controlling and stock rotation
- Costing Menus and kept within Cos
- Developing and implementation of food hygiene
- Interaction with Guests and building relationships
- Exchanging ideas With guests friendly and sharing of experience
- Good planning and presentation.
